FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
Call or text the same number. We answer it ourselves.
How much does it cost?
A quarter trailer loaded by us is $140, a half is $280, three quarters is $420 and a full trailer is $550 — labour and dump fees included. If the items are already outside and ready to go, curbside pricing is $100, $200, $300 and $400 for the same four sizes. Single items are priced by volume and weight. The whole sheet is on the pricing page.
Do you charge for the estimate?
No. Estimates are free, on site or from a photo you text us. If you do not like the number you say no and we leave. There is no charge for the visit.
Can you come the same day?
Often, yes. The business is listed as open 24 hours and the phone is answered by the owners rather than a call centre, so a late call has a real chance of getting a slot. Call and ask — they will tell you honestly what the day looks like.
Do I have to carry anything to the curb?
No. That is the point of the higher price tier. Stairs, basements, attics, back alleys and second floors are part of the job. If you have already put everything outside, take the curbside price instead and pay less.
Will you go up and down stairs?
Yes. Rowhouse stairs are most of what we do. It is included in the quote, not added afterwards.
Do you take mattresses and appliances?
Yes. Mattresses, box springs, refrigerators, washers, dryers, stoves, water heaters and televisions all go. Appliances are separated for scrap metal recycling rather than landfilled.
What will you not take?
Hazardous material — wet paint, solvents, chemicals, asbestos, medical waste, fuel and propane tanks. If you are unsure, send a photo before the day and it will be sorted out over the phone rather than on your driveway.
What happens to my stuff after you drive away?
Metal is sorted for scrap recycling. Usable furniture and household goods are set aside for donation or resale. Everything else is tipped at a licensed facility and weighed. There is a page on this site with photographs of each step.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes — fully licensed and insured, stated on the logo, the trailer and the business profile. If your building or landlord needs proof before we come on site, ask and it will be sent.
Can I just rent the trailer and do it myself?
Yes. The BeWise dump trailer is $100 a day if you pick it up in Shenandoah. Drop-off is available for an extra fee. It is 6 ft × 10 ft × 5 ft with a powered lift.
How do I pay?
Credit cards, cash, Zelle, Cash App and checks.
¿Hablan español?
