Residential Cleanouts
Basements, garages, attics, spare rooms and whole houses. You point, we carry. Price quoted before we start, labour and dump fees already in it.
The rooms nobody wants to start
Most of our residential work starts the same way: a room that got closed off two years ago, or a basement that filled up one box at a time. There is no judgement in it. We have cleared houses that were packed floor to ceiling and we have cleared a single couch. The job is the same either way — you tell us what stays, everything else goes on the trailer.
We do the carrying
Nothing needs to be moved to the curb before we get there. Stairs, narrow rowhouse hallways, back alleys and second floors are normal here. That is what the price covers. When the last load is out we sweep the floor.
What we take out of houses
Furniture, mattresses and box springs, appliances, televisions, carpet, clothing, boxes, garage clutter, yard debris, scrap metal, old exercise equipment, and the general contents of a basement or attic. If it can be lifted and it is not hazardous, it goes.
