That is not marketing on our part — it is a keyword Google pulled out of the reviews people wrote, alongside "affordable pricing" and "friendly couple". One reviewer put it plainly: "They did an awesome job removing our hot tub."
Why they cannot just be dragged out
A hot tub is a fibreglass shell wrapped in insulating foam over a wooden frame, and it weighs several hundred pounds dry. There is no clean way to slide it across a lawn. It comes apart on site with a saw, in sections small enough to carry to the trailer.
Pools too
Above-ground pools are the same problem in a larger diameter. Walls, liner, frame, ladder and decking all go, and the ring of dead grass gets raked out so the lawn can come back.
