Clearing a parent's or grandparent's house, at whatever pace the family needs. We set aside what you want kept and we are careful with what is left.
This is rarely just a hauling job
An estate cleanout usually happens after a funeral, and everyone in the house is tired. One of our Google reviewers thanked us for helping with his family's home "during such a difficult time". That is the part we take seriously. We work at the family's pace, not ours.
Keepsakes come out first
Before anything is loaded, we walk the house with you and mark what stays. Photographs, documents, jewellery, tools, anything with a name on it. If something turns up mid-job that looks personal, it comes to you, not to the trailer.
What happens to the rest
Furniture in usable condition and household goods worth saving are set aside for donation or resale rather than dumped. Metal is separated for recycling. Everything else goes to a licensed facility. Nothing gets left in a field.
