Call, text or send a photo
The number rings to us, not to a call centre. A photo of the pile is usually enough for a number over the phone. We are open 24 hours.
Free estimate, price before we start
On site or from your photo. The figure includes labour and dump fees. If you do not like it, you say no and we leave. No charge for the visit.
We load it
You point. Nothing needs to be moved to the curb first. Stairs, alleys and second floors are included. We sweep up after.
It goes where it is supposed to go
Metal to scrap recycling, usable goods to donation or resale, the rest to a licensed facility. Not to a back road.

How long does it take?
A single item or a curbside pile is usually under an hour. A garage or a basement is a half day. A full property cleanout is one to three days depending on stairs and volume — a hoarding-level house on this site took several full trailer loads.
Do you have to come out first?
Not usually. Text a photo of the pile and you will get a number back. For a whole property, an on-site look is better and it is still free.
What if it turns out to be more than we thought?
You are told before the extra load goes on, not after. The trailer is the unit of measurement, so "another quarter load" is a number you already know from the price sheet.
Who is actually coming?
The owners. Both of them, in most cases. Their photograph is on the about page so you know who is knocking.
